Within the first 10 days of receiving your order, you may resize your ring free of charge, provided you cover shipping costs. After 10 days, we offer a resizing at a fee of 350.00 NOK. Contact us below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with proof of purchase and reason for return, and our team will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be unworn, free of damage, and include all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days of approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
